Friends of Wymondham College Prep School
Friends of Wymondham College Prep (FOWCP) is made up of parents, carers, guardians and other community members working closely with the school to raise additional funds. When your child joins the school you automatically become a member.
FOWCP is about much more than simply fundraising. It exists to provide closer links between home and school and it is an excellent way to bring everyone together in support of the school working towards a common goal.
We have recently funded an outdoor classroom, which is named the Nature Nest. Our current main fundraising goals are to provide funds to support the area around the Nature Nest, learning resources and recreational play equipment.
We are registered with both EasyFundraising and Your School Lottery. We also have some great deals with name label suppliers. Please see the attachment to see which companies support FOWCP when you purchase through them.

Volunteering
We welcome everyone who wishes to get involved with FOWCP - there are opportunities to volunteer throughout the year on a regular or one-off basis or you can simply support our fundraising and events. Any ideas or donations are always gratefully received.

Your School Lottery£1 per ticket per week – 76% of every ticket you play goes to our school and prizes. Match all 6 numbers and you win the £25,000 grand prize.
There will be a draw every Saturday night when a 6 digit winning combination will be picked – match all 6 and you win the Jackpot. There is also a guaranteed winner for each school every Saturday which is drawn on a raffle basis, so there are two chances to win a prize!

Annual General meeting (AGM)
Our AGM is held in the Autumn term and provides an opportunity for all parents to come along and hear in more detail about the work of the FOWCP, the events that have taken place, the funds we have raised and how the money has been spent. It is also the occasion when we elect new committee members.
